Bringing Visual Consistency to Life with FrameFlowFlux and Poe
In our last post, we introduced Flux-Kontext—a breakthrough in AI image editing that brings unprecedented scene consistency and contextual control to visual creators. Today, we go beyond exploration and into action. Meet FrameFlowFlux: a powerful new app built using Poe’s App Creator, designed specifically to streamline consistent image editing for creators, educators, and professionals.
FrameFlowFlux is the proof-of-concept that combines the precision of Flux-Kontext with the vibe coding power of Poe App Creator—allowing rapid development of purpose-built apps that feel intuitive, expressive, and technically sharp.
Why FrameFlowFlux Exists
The background is that during last Saturday’s class of Professional Certificate in AI-Driven Digital and Social Media Marketing at PolyU SPEED, I demonstrated how to use the latest Flux-Kontext to edit images while maintaining high visual consistency. Since the platform we used was Poe, some students pointed out the limitations they often encounter on Poe, especially when using advanced tools through its chat interface. I explained that many of these limitations arise from the conversational structure of the platform, which isn’t ideal for structured workflows.
This class followed a blog post I published earlier that introduced the official Flux-Kontext Playground, covering how to use its Generate, Edit, Fill, and Expand capabilities to explore AI-driven image workflows. You can read that foundational post here:

However, Poe has its strengths as well. That’s exactly why I created FrameFlowFlux using Poe App Creator—to make it easier to work with Flux-Kontext on Poe, and to highlight the usability and mainstream potential of vibe coding. This app was built in direct response to those student concerns and serves as a practical demonstration that Poe can be extended beyond chat, offering powerful visual editing tools through custom-built interfaces.
Flux-Kontext introduces a powerful new way to achieve consistent image generation. However, for users operating within the Poe platform, invoking and managing Flux-Kontext directly—especially when aiming for frame-to-frame consistency—can feel manual, unintuitive, and limited to prompt-based control.
FrameFlowFlux was created to solve this:
- Simplify the process of consistent image editing within Poe
- Reveal the true potential of Flux-Kontext through a focused tool
- Demonstrate how vibe coding in Poe App Creator can transform deep model access into smooth, creative workflows
How It Works
FrameFlowFlux uses a two-step image generation model powered by Flux-Kontext’s latest consistency engine. The app guides users through:
- Initial Frame Creation – Use text prompts or image uploads to define the original scene. Examples: a man dressed like Indiana jones running in the desert with a big pyramid
- End Frame Transformation – Use either AI-suggested or user-defined changes to create a consistent "after" version of the image. Examples: the man jump high into the mid air and len zoom out,
Behind the scenes, Flux-Kontext ensures that all visual elements—characters, backgrounds, styles, and lighting—maintain continuity, unless the user explicitly asks for them to change.
What Makes FrameFlowFlux Different
Built With Poe App Creator
FrameFlowFlux is a demonstration of what’s now possible with app creation by vibe—a Poe concept that brings expressive logic and AI integration together. There’s no traditional backend. Instead, everything flows naturally through prompts, feedback, and structured UI blocks.
This empowers creators to:
- Build focused, outcome-driven tools fast
- Connect directly with large models like Flux-Kontext
- Prototype AI workflows with minimal overhead
FrameFlowFlux was developed in days, not months—and yet it offers professional-grade results and refined UX.
Feature Highlights
⚡ Fast and Flexible Dual-Frame System
- Create two related frames with consistent styling and characters
- Seamlessly guide AI with text or visual references
- Instantly iterate using smart prompts
🎯 Precision Editing with “Keep Everything Else the Same”
- Modify only the parts of an image you want to change
- Preserve lighting, pose, character identity, and background across frames
- Example: "change his outfit to a classic business suit , english cap, other things remain unchanged"
- Example: "change the background to a new york building , he run in a new york street, other things remain unchanged"
🖼️ Style and Ratio Options
- Choose from cinematic, anime, photorealistic, minimalist, and more
- Output in 16:9, 1:1, 9:16, and other key formats
💡 Smart Suggestions
- Let AI suggest story progression based on your first image
- Perfect for before/after sequences, storyboarding, or social media transformation posts
Practical Use Cases
Creators & Short Film makers
- Plan scenes visually without expensive storyboarding
- Keep character design and lighting consistent
- Example: Use the Initial Frame and End Frame above to create a short film with Kling AI
Marketers & Social Media Teams
- Create transformation posts and campaign narratives
- Generate visual content at scale, with zero design skills
Educators
- Explain processes with before/after diagrams
- Use consistent images to visualize learning sequences
A Showcase for Vibe Coding in Poe
FrameFlowFlux is also a signal of what’s now achievable with Poe App Creator. Vibe coding lets you build logic around natural flow—no boilerplate, no heavy syntax. FrameFlowFlux runs entirely on prompts, UI logic, and API bindings with Flux-Kontext, packaged in a minimal interface.
This opens the door for:
- Teachers to build custom education tools
- Designers to build niche creative utilities
- Marketers to design brand-consistent content engines
All without needing to code traditionally.
